Welcome to NXT Academy. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. NXT Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

• Students must provide accurate information during registration (full name, phone number, and grade level). • Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. • Users are solely responsible for all activities and transactions performed through their account. • Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts offering false data or violating terms.

• All wallet top-up transactions are final and non-refundable once completed, except in verified technical errors or as mandated by applicable law. • Course and lecture subscriptions are personal and non-transferable to another account. • Upon account deletion, any remaining wallet balance and active subscriptions will be permanently forfeited.

• All educational videos, materials, and exams are exclusively owned by the platform and instructors. • Use of any software or tools for screen recording, downloading, or extracting videos is strictly forbidden. • Content resale or account sharing among multiple users is prohibited. • The platform reserves all rights to pursue legal proceedings against any infringement.

Management reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in cases of: • Account sharing or credential usage by unauthorized persons. • Attempting to hack, disable, or reverse engineer the platform. • Misuse of services or posting inappropriate content. • Intellectual property infringement in any manner.

The platform shall not be held liable for service interruptions resulting from user network issues, scheduled maintenance, or unforeseen events beyond reasonable control.

The platform reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features, services, or course pricing at any time with notification provided via the application.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

We collect the following data to deliver and secure educational services: • Personal Information: Full name, email address, phone number, parent contact numbers, governorate, and grade level. • Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, login audit logs, and push notification tokens.

Your data is processed for the following purposes: • Account administration and student identity verification. • Group attendance recording and parent grade syncing. • Application performance optimization and user experience enhancement. • Fraud prevention, security enforcement, and technical support. • Compliance with applicable legal requirements.

We implement appropriate technical, administrative, and organizational measures to safeguard user data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or unlawful disclosure.

We never sell user data. Certain data may be shared solely as necessary with trusted technical service providers required for operating the platform (such as push notification providers, analytics, and payment gateways), or if required by law or legal proceedings.

We retain personal data for as long as the account remains active or as necessary to provide services and comply with financial and legal record-keeping obligations.

Users maintain the right to: • Request a copy of their personal data stored by the platform. • Request correction or updates to personal details. • Request permanent account and data deletion. • Object to data processing in accordance with law.

Students may request full account and personal data deletion at any time via the (Delete Account) option in the Profile screen, complying with official Google Play and Apple App Store policies.
